End User License Agreement (EULA)

A personal license is assigned to one user and allows activation on up to 3 devices. You are responsible for protecting your license key.

License transfers are allowed with prior approval from NoizLabs. After transfer, the original user must cease all use. Access may be revoked from previous devices.

You may not share, sell, or distribute license keys, reverse engineer or modify the software, or use the software for unauthorized automated or commercial processing, bypass or interfere with licensing systems.

The software may require online activation and perform periodic license validation. We may collect technical identifiers solely for licensing purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses and block access to the software in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of this agreement. This may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

The software is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with NoizLabs.

We may provide updates, fixes, or improvements at our discretion. We do not guarantee ongoing updates and compatibility with all systems.

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections still apply where required.
