Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are final once a license key has been delivered.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only where required by applicable law, or in cases of material defect or misrepresentation.
3. Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact support@noizlabs.com and include order details and a description of the issue.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider.
5. Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of misuse or violation of our Terms or EULA.
