Terms of Service

We provide digital audio software products (“Plugins”) delivered electronically. Supported formats include VST3, AU, and AAX. Our products are designed for use with compatible third-party digital audio workstations (DAWs).

Purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers acting as Merchant of Record. These providers are responsible for processing payments, billing, and applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you may also agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider. A license is delivered digitally after successful payment.

All products are licensed, not sold. Your use of our software is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a license has been delivered. Refunds are only granted where required by applicable law, or in cases of material defect or misrepresentation. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, features, and compatibility information are accurate. However, you are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your system before purchase. We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party software or systems.

You agree not to use our products in violation of any law, attempt to bypass licensing systems, modify, or redistribute our software, share or resell license keys without authorization.

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by NoizLabs, excluding third-party components, are owned by NoizLabs. Our products may include or rely on third-party frameworks, libraries, and SDKs, which remain the property of their respective owners.

Our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for your specific use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoizLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We provide commercially reasonable support but do not guarantee response times, issue resolution, or ongoing compatibility with third-party software.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products if these Terms are violated, licenses are abused, or used fraudulently.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
